I was a bit hesitant at first since I hadn’t heard of this company before, but after doing some digging, I decided to give it a shot. And wow, I’m really impressed!

To start, the tracking system was top-notch, and the delivery was faster than stuff I’ve ordered from the States. I’m based in Canada, by the way.

The quality of the items is fantastic—great style, fabric, and craftsmanship. Way better than the linen I’ve picked up locally in the past. They fit perfectly too. I’d definitely buy from Grae Cove again without a doubt.

This company is the real deal. Just to clarify, I’m a genuine customer leaving an unsolicited review. I hardly ever write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience in case it helps someone else who might be feeling unsure.

I was really pleased with the quality of three different pieces of clothing I got from Grae Cove. One dress turned out to be a tad small, so I requested an exchange. Grae Cove promptly sent me a larger size as a one-time courtesy without making me send back the first one. I’ll definitely be shopping there again. Some review sites claim Grae Cove is a scam and rate them one star. I think those are probably set up by their rivals and couldn’t be more mistaken. I’m glad I overlooked those reviews and took a chance.

As someone who has bought from Grae Cove before, I’m really let down that they decided to push ‘Australia Day’ in their promotional emails, which many refer to as Invasion Day and a day of mourning. This is quite hurtful for Indigenous Australians. They need to step it up! #abolishthedate

I recently got myself an Ainsley dress from Grae Cove. At first, I had my doubts—especially when I got the shipping details and noticed it was coming straight from China. But I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely the dress turned out and how nicely it fit me. Plus, it's eco-friendly! I reached out to customer service, and they were super helpful, getting back to me in no time. I’ll definitely be shopping at Grae Cove more often.

As the partner of a customer, I wanted to share my thoughts. There have been some not-so-great reviews, mainly about: 1 - the brief time they've been operating, 2 - some address mix-ups, and 3 - not having trust scores from antivirus sites yet.

1 - If a brand new business can't gain trust, how will it ever make it?
2 - The address issues have already been addressed in a response here.
3 - The lack of trust scores is likely just a sign of the owners' inexperience.

Most folks seem pleased with their purchases. I haven't come across any complaints regarding product quality, delivery issues, or poor customer service.

My wife is really satisfied with the quality of her purchase.

I’m based in the UK and stumbled upon this brand on Facebook. Initially, I was pretty doubtful, but the garments seemed so appealing. I noticed they’re a US company sourcing from China, which made me even more hesitant, despite some positive feedback. I kept wondering if I could risk losing my money. Eventually, I took the plunge and ordered this gorgeous pink dress with buttons at the top. I knew I’d have to be patient since it was shipping from the US.

After a wait, the dress finally arrived. I’m a size 22 and opted for an XXL. It fits perfectly on the shoulders and bust, but it’s a tad snug around the waist. I’ve gained a few pounds over Christmas, but I plan to shed them, so I’m confident it’ll fit nicely. In my experience, the XXL corresponds to a 20-22 in UK sizes. I usually buy from Sea Salt and The White Company, and their sizes work well for me as a size 22.

The quality is top-notch, getting a solid 10 out of 10. The dress is stunning and matches the online image perfectly. It arrived nicely packaged, and I didn’t incur any extra customs fees since it was below the duty threshold. It was delivered by Evri, and I’m lucky to have a reliable Evri delivery guy in my area.

Once I shed a few pounds, I’ll definitely be back for more because I adore this dress and there are so many other beautiful pieces on the site. I’ve got a trip to Egypt planned for late this year, and linen will be just right for that.

Sometimes, you just gotta take a chance, and I’m glad I did because this company really does offer lovely, high-quality linen clothing.

Once I made my purchase, I got a text about an Australia Post scam connected to my order, and then I noticed two unauthorized charges on my account.

They might be a front, sold my info, or just didn’t secure their online payment system properly.

Take my advice, don’t be a fool like I was—just do a quick search for Grae Cove and scam. Their site has a really low trust rating, so I guess I’m not the only one who got caught up in this.
